Delivery Information – EU Orders

Delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days after you have received your order confirmation. Delivery times may vary in case of unforeseen circumstances or deliveries to islands without bridges. We deliver with PostNord.

All items are shipped from Denmark.

You will always be able to see the total shipping cost when selecting a delivery option at checkout. We ship to most European destinations, which will be visible during checkout.

Longer delivery times may occur during sales.

Please note that if you are purchasing outside the EU, your order may be subject to additional charges such as taxes, customs fees, and import duties. Day Et A/S is not responsible for these charges, and they are not included in the total price at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs office prior to placing an order.

Import & Customs (UK)

Please note that on orders above £100, an additional £50+ import delivery charge will apply.

As the UK is outside the EU, your order may also be subject to:

UK VAT (20%)
Customs duties
Handling fees from the local carrier

These charges are not included in the total price at checkout and must be paid directly to the carrier. Day Et A/S is not responsible for these costs.
