About our products

What materials are your products made from?

Our collections are made from materials such as nylon, polyester, quilted fabrics, coated materials and faux leather. Materials and composition vary from style to style and are always listed on the individual product page.

How should I care for my bag or suitcase?

We recommend cleaning with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying unless otherwise stated. Store your items in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Are your bags water-repellent or waterproof?

Only our No Rain collection and No Rain Rainwear are water-repellent. They are designed to protect your belongings from rain and moisture in everyday use. Our other bags and accessories are not water-repellent and are designed with a focus on lightness, function and aesthetics.

What’s the difference between your materials?

Nylon is lightweight and durable, quilted materials have a soft, textile feel, and coated materials offer a smooth surface with added resistance.

How much can your suitcases hold?

Volume, dimensions and weight are listed on each individual product page.

Are your cabin suitcases suitable as hand luggage?

Our cabin suitcases are designed according to general hand luggage dimensions. As airline requirements vary, we always recommend checking your airline’s guidelines before travelling.

Do your suitcases have TSA locks?

Yes, all our suitcases are equipped with TSA-approved locks.

How much do your bags and suitcases weigh?

Weight information is available under product details for each style.

Can I use your bags for both everyday use and travel?

Yes. Our designs are created to be versatile and suitable for everyday use, work and travel.

When will I receive my order?

We work to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with further details. Delivery time depends on your location.

How do I place an order?

Add your items to the basket, proceed to checkout and complete payment and delivery details.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We pack orders quickly. Please contact Customer Service as soon as possible – if your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help.

Which payment methods do you offer?

We accept major payment cards and local payment solutions, depending on your market.

When is the payment charged?

The amount is reserved when you place your order and charged once the order is shipped.

Is it safe to shop on your website?

Yes, all payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment solutions.

Delivery

How long is the delivery time?

Delivery time depends on your location and is shown at checkout. Typical delivery is 3–5 working days.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver within Europe, including Denmark, Norway, Sweden, the UK and selected European countries.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are always shown before you complete your purchase.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order has been shipped.

What should I do if my parcel is delayed?

Please contact Customer Service and we’ll look into it for you.

Returns & complaints

How do I return an item?

If you change your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it.

Use the enclosed return label when sending the item back. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we’ve received and approved your return, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are usually processed within approximately 14 days.

What if I want to report a faulty item?

If your item is faulty or damaged on arrival – or develops a fault – please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. Include your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll review the case and get back to you with a solution.

What can be returned or claimed?

Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Complaints cover manufacturing faults present at delivery or issues arising from normal use. Normal wear and tear, incorrect use or transport damage are not covered.

Warranty & complaints

What warranty rights do I have?

You are entitled to a 24-month warranty in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Does the warranty apply to both bags and suitcases?

Yes.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear, incorrect use and damage caused during air travel.
