Return Information – EU & UK Orders

If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected, you’re welcome to return it. We offer a 30-day return policy on all EU and UK orders, giving you the flexibility to change your mind.

If your order included a free gift as part of an offer, the entire order — including the free gift — must be returned.

General Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Please ensure the parcel is securely sealed before sending it back. Once we receive and check the condition of your return, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds can take up to 14 days from the date we process your return.

If you are returning an item because it arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@day-et.com before sending it back.

You’ll find a return form in your parcel. If you need a new one, you can also print it via this link. 

Returns from EU 

We do not cover the cost of return shipping; this will be deducted from your refund.

How to return (EU):

  1. Fill out the return form and place it in the parcel with the item(s).

  2. Attach the prepaid return label included in your order.

  3. Hand in the parcel at any GLS, PostNord or Bring service point.

  4. Request a receipt including tracking — this serves as proof should the package go missing.

Returns from the UK

Returning from the UK is different due to customs requirements. The return shipping cost is higher because the UK is outside the EU.

Important – CN22 Customs Information
All outbound parcels to the UK include a CN22 customs declaration on the shipping label. When returning your order, you must ensure that this CN22 information remains visible.
Returned products must include a valid CN22 so they can be registered and valued correctly. If a parcel is returned without visible CN22 documentation, we may not receive it.

How to return (UK):

  1. Fill out the form and enclose it with the item(s) you wish to return. 
  2. Take the return label that was enclosed with your order and attach it on your return parcel.
  3. Please be aware to attach the label on the address, so it won't hide the CN22 information.
  4. Hand in the parcel at a Royal mail service point of your choice. It will be accepted.
  5. Please remember to ask for a receipt with a tracking no. when handing in your return. This is your insurance, should your package go missing.
