We love when you invite us into your DAY ET moments on social media, and we would love to share the photos you post on Instagram across our various channels. These photos will primarily appear on the relevant product and landing pages on our website (day-et.com) and on our social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. They may also be used in social media ads, newsletters, and for other customer communication and marketing purposes.

What does #yesDAYET mean for you?

By responding to our request with the hashtag #yesDAYET, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

You grant DAY ET A/S (hereinafter referred to as “DAY ET”, CVR: 40028285) a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any images you have responded to with #yesDAYET in marketing and advertising, including our websites, Instagram, Facebook, social media ads, newsletters, and other customer communication and marketing materials. This includes the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, and edit your images. You also waive your right to be credited in connection with your image when we use it. Furthermore, you grant DAY ET permission to use images in which you can be identified for marketing and/or advertising purposes in accordance with Danish marketing law.

You consent to and license DAY ET A/S’s use of your images with the hashtag #yesDAYET, which may include personal data. DAY ET will use the images for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent, as further described in these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which you have read and accepted.

What should you check before using the hashtag #yesDAYET?

We require that you confirm the following:
- You own all rights to your image.
- All other persons appearing in your images have given you permission to grant the rights described above.
- You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent, and DAY ET’s use of your images will not infringe any third-party rights or any law.

It is understood that DAY ET has no obligation to compensate you for the use of your images or the intellectual property rights related to the use described above, in accordance with Danish copyright law. By accepting these terms, you release and agree to hold DAY ET and all persons acting on behalf of DAY ET harmless from any claims of any kind arising from the use of the images as described above.

Flowbox is our service provider for publishing your images on our channels. As a data processor, Flowbox receives your personal data and processes it in accordance with the data processing agreement.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions may be referred to the Danish Centre for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, www.naevneneshus.dk. Any further disputes may be brought before the Consumer Complaints Board or the Danish courts.

Do you want your images deleted? If you wish to withdraw your consent to share your images with DAY ET, please contact us by clicking the “i” icon in the bottom left corner of your shared image on our website. The icon will lead you to a form where you can submit your withdrawal request. Alternatively, you can contact us at hello@day-et.com.
